All charges against representatives of Airbus and The Bristol Aero Collection, who run the Concorde at Filton museum, have been dropped following a review of the case by the CPS.

A CPS spokesperson refused to confirm or deny reports that The HSE could yet pursue charges under The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
