G-BOAD flies over Bristol for the very last time - witnessed by the author (10/11/03).

Concorde Speedbird BA9093C (G-BOAD) left LHR this afternoon at precisely 15:36, en route for the Intrepid Air and Space museum in New York (Via JFK), reports the BAA website (www.baa.com).

The author witnessed her in the skies above Bristol this afternoon at 15:54 approx. crossing British airspace for the very last time. It could be heard for some minutes after disappearing - her memory lasting a lot longer no doubt.
