TMB Art Metal Concorde Sculptures

Available around August from TMB Art Metal will be an exclusive and spectacular "ultimate" Concorde sculpture. These sculptures will measure approximately eighteen inches in length and will be mounted upon an extremely high quality "delta" shaped ebony and walnut plinth with bronze "delta" shaped stalk.

Being a TMB sculpture, naturally these exclusive aluminium Concorde sculptures will actually be cast from ex-Concorde metal. Indeed the "donor" component we are using has fantastic provenance and been verified as having flown nearly 11,000 hours on three Concordes, principally G-BOAC. "These will be the most spectacular sculptures ever produced of Concorde with the added fascinating ingredient that they are actually made of Concorde!" says TMB Art Metal's director, Chris Bennett.

Just twenty-eight Concorde sculptures will be produced for retail, one for each year she was actually in public service. Each will be limited edition numbered by the year. Therefore the first will be numbered "1976" and the last "2003". Each sculpture will be accompanied by a photographic "provenancing" package depicting the metal used from Concorde and its recreation into the sculpture. Indeed, each individual sculpture will be photographed being actually cast so that the owner will have pictures of their own unique Concorde actually being born!

A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany each piece, signed both by Chris Bennett of TMB Art Metal and ex-Concorde Chief Pilot, Captain Mike Bannister.

Due to the small number of pieces being produced, their fantastic quality and incredible provenance, these sculptures will be retailed for a suitably high price, the exact figure as yet undecided.
